Price & Revenue Manager – Nordics
About the role
As Price & Revenue Manager – Commercial Area North, you own the pricing process and pricing ways of working for the region, with the clear objective of enabling better commercial decisions, driving sustainable bottom‑line growth in line with strategy, while maintaining operational excellence.
The role spans all markets in CA North, covering finished goods and consumables & accessories (C&As) across all sales channels, including retail and D2C. The focus is end‑to‑end pricing logic—from Recommended Consumer Price (RCP) through the full price waterfall down to net price. This role plays a critical role in guiding, informing, and influencing pricing and rebate decisions across the organization.
You will lead the regional Price & rebate team and act as a key partner to Sales, Product Line, Business Controlling, Sales Operations, and Central Pricing.
Please note that it’s a fixed-term 1 year contract.
Your mission:
Your core mission is to own the pricing process, build pricing competence in the commercial teams, and establish clear ways of working and tools that enable Sales, KAMs, and PRM to make optimized pricing decisions that fuel profitability while remaining competitive.
Key responsibilities:
1.Pricing ownership & governance
- Own and continuously develop the pricing process and governance framework for CA North
- Define and clarify pricing principles, rules, and decision rights, including:
- How we price towards retailers to balance competitiveness and profitability
- Which frameworks and processes guide customer‑level pricing decisions
- Act as a trusted pricing advisor, providing recommendations and insights—while Product Line owns product price decisions and Sales owns customer pricing decisions
- Refine Recommended Consumer Prices (RCPs) by testing them against market reality and identifying where adjustments are needed
2.Price optimization & commercial enablement
- Drive continuous improvement of pricing effectiveness across channels and customer segments, balancing competitiveness and profitability
- Provide structured pricing insights and recommendations that support informed decision‑making by Sales, Product Line, and management
- Enable commercial teams with clear frameworks, guidance, and tools to support consistent and fact‑based pricing decisions
- Support the development of pricing approaches that align customer needs, market dynamics, and strategic objectives
- Strengthen visibility and understanding of price realization across the value chain, from list price through discounts, rebates, and net price
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance pricing maturity, transparency, and efficiency across CA North
3.Team leadership
- Lead and develop a team of 4 pricing and rebate professionals
- Set clear objectives, priorities, and targets, and follow up on execution and results
- Support the team in daily operational pricing and rebate work while driving operational excellence through standardization and automation
4.Tools, reporting & process improvement
- Own and maintain the PRM tool landscape, including:
- Nordic pricing approval tools
- Pricing and calculation tools
- Rebate Power BI dashboards
- PBI Price simulation and price waterfall reporting
- Rebate summary forms
- Drive ongoing price optimization and process initiatives, such as:
- Discount framework projects
- Improved pricing using market price insights
- Increased automation and standardization
Who you are:
You are a structured, analytical, and influential pricing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You are comfortable working without formal decision mandate, using facts, transparency, and collaboration to guide better commercial outcomes. You enjoy building frameworks, challenging assumptions, and enabling others to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Price & Revenue Management, Commercial Controlling, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Proven leadership experience, including people management
- Strong understanding of pricing structures, discount frameworks, rebates, RFQs, and price waterfalls
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product Line, and Finance
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
