POSITION OVERVIEW
The Price Analyst II position is responsible for maintaining and entering accurate price information in various systems as well as verifying purchase order information and providing negotiation support for current and future Tier 1 strategic agreements.
This position requires onsite work in Zeeland, MI. It is not open to hybrid or remote work at this time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ensure necessary internal data and customer information is accurate and current consistent with business requirements and objectives.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining customer pricing in Oracle EBS.
- Resolve pricing and order issues with Tier 1 customers directly as they arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with Tier 1 customers to ensure pricelist sign off and BPOs are completed annually.
- Maintain price lists in excel format that include prices, correct International Commercial Terms (as defined by the International Chamber of Commerce), volume forecasts, and part number information.
- Analyze forecasted pricelists to support Tier 1 negotiations with data-driven decisions
- Verify all information on Price Confirmation (Q-42) form is correct.
- Verify all information on purchase orders is correct.
- Track rebate and amortization calculations for accuracy.
- Work with Commercial Managers to apply correct annual price reductions.
- Proactively collaborates cross-functionally to ensure consistent data exchange between the following areas:
- Sales Director and Sales Engineers
- Program Management
- Accounting
- Commercial Account Managers
- Forecast Analysts
- Other duties as assigned.

- Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.
WHAT TO BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a related area.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong understanding of production processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
WHAT WILL HELP
- Smartsheet and Power BI experience.
- Familiarity with Gentex products, primarily OEC.
