Join Maisons Mumm et Perrier-Jouët as a Prestige Hospitality Manager - Champagne & Rosé, in Reims (or Epernay)!

Lead and elevate prestige hospitality across Perrier-Jouët, Mumm and Château Sainte-Marguerite, ensuring excellence in guest experience, team performance, and alignment with the global prestige hospitality vision.

Your key missions:

1. Prestige Experience & Guest Excellence

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of immersive, high-end guest experiences aligned with luxury positioning and storytelling

  • Ensure the consistent application of prestige service principles, aesthetics, and rituals across all guest touchpoints

  • Deliver seamless guest journeys that reflect brand values, combining authenticity, refinement, and emotional connection

  • Translate and implement the global prestige hospitality standards and brand strategies within the Champagne and Rosé Brand Homes

  • Maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reactivity, proactivity, and operational excellence

  • Guarantee the consistent application of quality standards and a culture of service excellence.

2. Operational leadership & team development

  • Oversee operations across both sites, ensuring day-to-day excellence and an elevated guest experience

  • Act as a driver of sales effectiveness, optimizing revenue, pricing, and occupancy strategies

  • Manage Brand Homes’ P&L, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with budget and performance objectives

  • Collaborate with internal departments to maximize synergies, particularly around retail, ultra-prestige offerings

  • Ensure adherence to financial targets and cost control while safeguarding quality and guest satisfaction.

3. Strategic insights & representation

  • Monitor market dynamics, regional trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and strategic priorities for the Champagne and Rosé prestige Brand Homes

  • Contribute to the visibility & reputation of Strathisla & Linn House internally and externally within luxury tourism ecosystem.

  • Represent the Champagne and Rosé Brand Homes at key events and act as an ambassador of Pernod Ricard’s prestige hospitality

Scope:

  • Maison et Cellier Belle Epoque

  • Mumm Brand Home ecosystem (Visites, VIP, Maison Cordon Rouge, Moulin de Verzenay)

  • Château Sainte-Marguerite Brand Home

  • Strong knowledge of high-end clientele, significant hands-on experience working with them, and solid operational and business management experience

  • At least 10 years’ background in Prestige Hospitality (5* hotels, luxury boutique hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, etc.), or Prestige/Luxury Client Experience

  • Strong command of luxury operational models and associated KPIs

  • Tech-savvy in hospitality, retail, and CRM

  • Gastronomic culture, with interest in and/or knowledge of wines and spirits

  • Culture of excellence and strong attention to detail

  • Strong business acumen, with understanding of strategic challenges and related concepts

  • Ability to translate strategy into operational plans

  • Creative dimension or innovative mindset is an additional asset

  • Leads by example, with a strong focus on mentoring and developing team members

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in French and English
