Responsibilities:
- Setting and Operating CNC Press Brakes: Safely and efficiently set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to meet production requirements.
- Inspecting Finishing Products: Ensure all finished products meet quality and accuracy standards by conducting thorough inspections.
- Material Handling: Set up and load materials onto the CNC press brake machine to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitoring and Adjustments: Continuously monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Working from Engineering Drawings: Interpret and follow engineering drawings and specifications to produce components as per the requirements.
- General Duties: Support with loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Overtime: After 38 hours enhanced pay for overtime.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting and operating CNC press brake machines.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to perform quality checks and ensure precision in finished products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make adjustments during operations.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required.
