SCHEDULE:
- 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
- Some overtime required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely set up and operate press brakes to form parts to specifications.
- Inspecting parts for quality issues or problems.
- Communicating with leadership about issues that arise and possible solutions.
- Working within a defined process to meet quality standards using existing work instructions.
- Continually working to refine processes to improve quality and reduce cycle times.
- Support the production line with materials and re-makes to ensure production meets deadlines and stays on the proper production schedules.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Read factory orders
• Accurately read tape measures
• Can read engineering drawings
• Utilize basic shop math
• Ability to inspect product
• Count and stack product
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• Hard working & willing to excel in their profession
• Can stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Work in a fast paced, manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
SALARY:
- Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience
- Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
