  • Support global clients seeking new manufacturing partners and design resources for product development and production.

  • Oversee delivery quality and ensure consistent client experience across regions.

  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex cross-border or multi-party engagements.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Engagement
  • Engage directly with manufacturing and supply chain partners across diverse geographies.

  • Help assess partner capabilities, operational fit, and commercial alignment.

  • Apply practical manufacturing and supply chain knowledge to client needs and platform development.

Product & Platform Leadership
  • Serve as a de facto product manager for regionally relevant aspects of TrustBridge’s software platform.

  • Translate real-world client and supplier needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure tools are practical, scalable, and commercially relevant.

Cross-Regional Coordination
  • Work closely with the Western Hemisphere leadership team to ensure global alignment.

  • Coordinate with India-based operational teams to execute day-to-day activities efficiently.

  • Contribute to global strategy, operating standards, and best practices.

Location & Engagement
  • Primary base: Sydney, Australia

  • Travel: Periodic regional and international travel expected

  • Engagement: Full-time executive role with long-term growth potential
