The President and CEO provides overall leadership and direction for All Chicago, reporting to the Board of Directors and serving as the organization’s primary external representative. The role requires a leader who is highly visible, trusted, and effective in relationship based environments, while also ensuring that the organization is well managed, financially sound, and positioned for long-term impact.
