This role requires prior word-processing and, ideally, graphics experience, and the ability to work independently or with little supervision. Effectively uses the software outlined below to create and produce completed documents using templates, charts, graphs, complex tables, formulas, macros and mail merges.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares preliminary designs/sketches for concept/proposal and recommendsmodifications as appropriate
- Communicate, liaise and partner with staff members and other departments andbusiness units as required to inform them of production and operational issues
- Design & production of powerpoint presentations, financial statements, legaldocuments, proposals, questionnaires, letters, schedules, labels, tab masters,spreadsheets, various marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, invites etc.), aswell as creation of eDM’s and simple chartting
- Enforce company brand guidelines to ensure material complies with company’sstyle and brand strategy
- Complete projects in accordance with pre-negotiated time constraints anddeadlines
- Logs all assigned tasks in the job tracking software
- Scheduling documents according to procedure and acting as project coordinator tocertain jobs when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder with professional art / design / multimedia or related discipline
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism
- Good communication in verbal and written English and Chinese
- Advanced experience with of Adobe CC and Adobe Acrobat. Strong literate skills on MS Office in addition to a general understanding of hardware. Software focus may change depending on site/customer requirements
- New graduates or experienced persons are welcome
- Willing to work on afternoon/night shift/weekend shift schedule
