About this PositionWe are seeking a talented and versatile Presentation Content Editor & Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and designing high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients. You will translate complex data and strategies into compelling narratives and visually engaging, easy-to-understand slides to be used for meetings, events, broadcast and other mediums.Hybrid Work
This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence in Duluth, GA, 1-3 days per week or more, as needed.Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for executive presentations and marketing materials.
- Presentation Design: Design, format, and enhance PowerPoint decks to meet brand guidelines, including, layouts, charts, and data visualization.
- Storytelling: Distill complex information into concise, persuasive, and engaging narratives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to understand content needs and project goals.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual style across all presentations.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate ideas into visuals. Must be highly responsive and able to turn around drafts quickly. Ability to interface with senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Required education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, English, or a related field. Areas of study: Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Graphic Design
- Years of experience: 3-5 years
- Expert level proficiency and experience: PowerPoint: Advanced skills in design, formatting, animations, transitions, and template management. Writing and Editing: Strong command of English with experience in technical or corporate writing.
- Travel: Must be available to travel occasionally
- Event production: Event and meeting graphic experience a plus but not required
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous proofreading skills for accuracy and consistency.

The salary for this role is $70k - $75k.
