Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Preschool & Daycare Partnerships Manager to drive growth by establishing strong relationships with preschools and daycare centers. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading outreach efforts, and securing long-term partnerships to enhance early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to establish partnerships with preschools and daycare centers.
- Leverage existing industry connections to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining ongoing relationships.
- Lead and oversee a team of part-time outreach representatives to accelerate partnership growth.
- Analyze client needs and present tailored solutions that showcase the value of our products in early childhood learning.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue through strategic collaborations.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the preschool, daycare, or early childhood education industry.
- Strong network of contacts among preschool and daycare decision-makers (directors, administrators, or owners).
- Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term business relationships.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with a passion for early childhood education.
- Experience leading and managing outreach teams (part-time or contract-based team management is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
