Your Responsibilities
Inspire customers: Present our solutions in customer meetings, workshops, and demos, demonstrating how digital processes create real value for the housing industry.
Design solutions: Analyze customer requirements and business processes and develop tailored solution concepts based on our product portfolio.
Showcase value: Create compelling storylines, use cases, and value propositions that help customers understand and appreciate the benefits of our solutions.
Develop knowledge assets: Create and continuously improve presentations, demo scenarios, process visualizations, and other sales and knowledge materials.
Shape the future together: Collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting, Product Management, and Development, contributing ideas to further enhance our solutions and processes.
Your Profile
Experience in the housing industry, PreSales, Sales, Consulting, or in the implementation and use of housing industry software solutions
Knowledge of key business processes within the housing industry, such as leasing, property management, accounting, maintenance, or customer service
Interest in the digitalization and optimization of business processes
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into practical solution approaches
Enjoyment of explaining complex topics in a clear and understandable way to different target audiences
Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
Confident presence and strong presentation and communication skills
Team player with the ability to drive topics across departments and functions
Willingness to travel approximately 50–60%
Excellent German language skills and good English language skills

Skills Required
- Initial experience in the real estate industry, sales, or PreSales environment
- Knowledge of Wodis Yuneo, Wodis Sigma or similar digital solutions
- Strong interest in SaaS technologies and digitalization in real estate
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and compellingly
- Analytical mindset with structured, solution-oriented working style
- Strong team orientation and openness to new perspectives
- Willingness to travel approximately 50-60%
- Very good German skills (business fluent) and good English skills
