What you’ll do:

Job Definition :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Portfolio Offering SA & GTM lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing our portfolio of offerings across key service lines, driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and enabling sales teams with the necessary tools and resources. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and presales, to ensure the successful launch of new services and continuous optimization of our existing portfolio.

Portfolio Development:

Lead the end-to-end development of portfolio offerings for various service lines, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market demand. Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to define and standardize service packages (e.g., Basic, Advanced, Premium tiers). Drive the evolution of portfolio offerings based on customer feedback, competitive insights, and industry trends.

GTM Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans for new offerings, ensuring cohesive messaging and positioning across channels. Partner with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral, case studies, and presentations. Define success metrics for GTM initiatives and track the performance of product launches and campaigns.

Sales Enablement:

Equip sales teams with the knowledge, resources, and tools required to effectively position and sell portfolio offerings. Conduct training sessions, create playbooks, and deliver ongoing support for sales teams on new and existing offerings. Collaborate with presales and account management teams to tailor offerings and messaging to specific customer needs.

Market Analysis & Competitive Insights:

Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine portfolio strategies and GTM approaches. Identify gaps in current offerings and opportunities to introduce new services or enhance existing ones.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product management, operations, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment on portfolio objectives. Act as the primary liaison between the portfolio development team and sales organization to address any challenges or feedback.

What you need to bring :

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience working within the [specific industry/service area, e.g., MSP, IT services, cloud services, etc.]. Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITOM, ITSM, OpsRamp, or similar platforms. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Impact/Scope:

  • Collaborates across functions to deliver multidisciplinary portfolio offerings and GTM engagements.
  • Typically interacts with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers and Directors..
  • Drives large and complex cross-organizational business initiatives.
