Position SummaryWe are seeking a Presales IT Solution Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the technical expert supporting our sales organization—designing and presenting innovative IT solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of healthcare clients. You’ll collaborate closely with sales executives, product teams, and customers to understand business objectives, translate them into scalable technology solutions, and help drive the growth of DAS Health’s portfolio of services.
ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture
• Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Develop and present both high-level architecture and detailed technical designs.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with customer goals, budgets, and timelines.
Sales Support
• Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and provide technical support throughout the presales process.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the presales lifecycle.
Technical Expertise
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards.
• Provide deep product and technical expertise across infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and software domains.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to share customer insights and feedback.
Documentation & Proposals
• Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Ensure that proposed solutions are technically sound and align with DAS Health’s capabilities.
Client Engagement
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, procurement, and business decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in presales, solution engineering, or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and healthcare technologies.
• Experience developing RFP responses, designing solutions, and delivering technical presentations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
