*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.
Responsibilities:
• Participation in the preparation and drafting of tenders for public tenders
• Collection and organization of necessary supporting documents (e.g., official declarations, certificates)
• Collaboration with senior executives in maintaining schedules and monitoring tender developments
• Updating databases and electronic files
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a theoretical or technological institution
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Word & Excel)
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Ability to understand and translate technical and administrative documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communicative personality and team spirit
- Eagerness to learn and become familiar with modern technology trends
