What you will do
The Pre-sales Engineer is key role directly reporting to Head of Engineering - MEA and will be a part of growing team and will be responsible for driving the growth of business for Building Technology and Solutions.
As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will be working closely with the Sales team for technical and commercial proposals. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with the pre-sales/estimation for the most optimized solution.
How you will do it
You will be responsible for validating assumptions made during solution design, estimates, and scope of work for assigned projects in conjunction with operations. You will be also responsible for providing technical risk analysis for the complete solution. You will be part of transition meetings with Operations team to ensure project scope, objectives, timeline and customer requirements are taken care in proper manner.
As a Pre-sales Engineer you may need to perform on-site data collection at customer facilities and support post-contract design review. You will be also focused on developing multiple components. You will be using strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).
What we look for Required
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication/Electronic/Electrical or similar
- More than 3 years’ experience in Physical Security systems (IP surveillance system, Access control system, etc) background
- Result orientated, tenacious, self-motivated, a customer focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in business analysis
- Excellent inter-personal skills - must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners
- Fluency in the English language is essential.
- Good analytical skills
- Design process for Security network, ELV Structure Cabling, different network topologies and fiber Solutions
- Following certificate is good to have SIRA, ADMCC
