QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields,
Minimum 5 years of technical experience in the field of cybersecurity,
Knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products and solutions; relevant certifications are a strong plus,
Strong written and spoken English communication skills,
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
Analyze customer needs and provide technical recommendations aligned with Palo Alto products and solutions,
Support the sales team in proposal processes from a technical perspective,
Conduct demos, PoCs, and presentations,
Follow the latest cybersecurity trends and updates on Palo Alto solutions and share insights with internal teams,
Provide technical consultancy aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
