Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Presales Engineer to act as the technical bridge between prospective customers, the sales organisation and internal engineering teams.
This role plays a critical part in helping customers understand how Hyperstack’s GPU cloud platform can support their AI workloads. You will lead technical discovery, design solution architectures and provide the technical depth needed for the sales team to successfully qualify and win opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or data centre environments, combined with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales Support
Work closely with sales and business development teams to translate customer use cases and requirements into practical GPU cloud solutions.
Solution Architecture
Lead or support technical discovery sessions and architecture discussions focused on AI workloads and high-performance computing environments.
Product Demonstrations & Workshops
Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and workshops for prospects, partners and customers.
Sales Enablement
Develop technical sales assets such as solution briefs, battle cards and technical documentation to support commercial teams.
Community & Market Engagement
Represent Hyperstack in technical meet-ups, webinars and industry events showcasing our AI infrastructure capabilities.
Internal Training
Deliver internal enablement sessions to educate sales and marketing teams on product capabilities, technical value and AI infrastructure trends.
Product & Engineering Collaboration
Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and support product roadmap development.
Deployment Handover
Ensure a smooth transition from presales engagement into customer onboarding and platform deployment.
Technical Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consultancy
- Background in data centre infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI infrastructure environments
- Understanding of AI workloads, model training pipelines and inference environments
- Knowledge of networking, cloud orchestration, virtualisation and GPU provisioning technologies
- Experience working with both technical stakeholders and commercial teams
Soft Skills
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value
- Collaborative mindset working across sales, product and engineering teams
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Experience supporting NVIDIA-based AI or GPU infrastructure solutions
- Exposure to GPU cloud platforms or HPC environments
- Understanding of AI platform architecture and large-scale compute environments
- NVIDIA certifications or equivalent AI / GPU infrastructure certifications
