Responsibilities
Conduct technical presentations, demos, and POC processes for Commvault data protection and backup solutions.
Analyze customer needs, design appropriate solutions, and provide technical support to the sales team.
Ensure technical communication with vendors and business partners, and manage distributor-related processes.
Contribute to post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare solution-related documentation and stay up to date with the latest technologies.
Provide technical enablement sessions for partners
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in backup, data protection, and storage technologies.
Preferably certified or knowledgeable in Commvault or similar solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
