We are looking for an experienced Presales and Solutioning professional with strong expertise in Infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, and Bid Management. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business requirements with technology solutions, helping enterprise customers navigate complex IT transformation initiatives. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and technology teams to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions that align with customer objectives.

The role involves leading solution design, proposal development, bid responses, and client presentations across infrastructure, cloud, managed services, automation, modernization, and ITSM initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into practical technology solutions while supporting strategic growth and deal conversion efforts.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals, technology landscape, and digital transformation requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end presales activities for infrastructure, cloud, managed services, migration, modernization, security, monitoring, and automation opportunities.
  • Design comprehensive solution architectures covering cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and IT service management capabilities.
  • Develop technical proposals, effort estimations, pricing models, and solution documentation for enterprise engagements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and executive-level discussions.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and large-scale bid opportunities with high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support deal qualification, solution reviews, governance processes, and approval cycles.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for cloud adoption, infrastructure transformation, service management modernization, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in cloud computing, hybrid infrastructure, observability, automation, AI-driven operations, and ITSM platforms.
  • Develop reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, proof-of-concepts, and best practices to improve proposal quality and win rates.
  • Partner with account teams to build winning strategies for large and complex opportunities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in solutioning methodologies, bid management processes, and customer engagement approaches.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Proven experience in Presales, Deal Desk, Bid Management, or Solution Consulting roles within infrastructure and cloud domains.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, datacenter technologies, virtualization, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and managed services.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including migration, modernization, and operational solutions.
  • Experience designing and proposing end-to-end technology solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM concepts and exposure to ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
  • Ability to create compelling proposals, solution architectures, commercial models, and executive presentations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL practices, cloud governance, automation, and DevOps principles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex bids and supporting large-scale digital transformation opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while managing multiple pursuits simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications in Cloud Technologies, ITIL, or Service Management are highly desirable.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business outcomes.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years experience in Presales, Deal Desk, Bid Management, or Solution Consulting
  • Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure and datacenter technologies (virtualization, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, managed services)
