We are now looking to recruit a new profile into our Pre- Sales team in Japan to help develop and deliver a solution centric customer experience. You will be working in an international team in close cooperation with partners and Stibo Systems’ subject matter experts.

This is the role and main tasks

Your primary focus will be to use your technical knowledge and your innate sales skills to provide advice, support and functional insight into our MDM Stibo Systems’ STEP solution. You will work within the Core Markets Sales Team to support the sales process by responding to RFIs, RFPs, building and delivering functional solution presentations to a diverse range of audiences as well as supporting the sales process by sharing your knowledge. 

More specifically, you will:

  • First and foremost – being an MDM evangelist 
  • Win new business via value add/solution centric selling and signing of new logo license contracts
  • Develop, build and deliver exceptional functional presentations and promoting Stibo’ s MDM offering in presenting at conferences and webinars and deliver functional presentations 
  • Support Stibo Systems’ business partners
  • Continually innovate and find new ways to articulate functional capability and value proposition 
  • Working cross-regional together with other members from the team

Who we are looking for

As you will be joining a creative and dynamic team, you as a person you must be curious and possess that never-giving-up attitude. You like bringing new ideas to the table and as a person you are very outgoing.

Moreover, you:

  • Several years of experience of managing enterprise level software solution, configuring and delivering functional presentations
  • Proven experience within the software industry - preferably within Master Data Management and/or Product Information Management is not a must, but nice to have.
  • Technical knowledge about Javascript, REST API, GraphQL or ReactJS is not a must, but nice to have
  • Experience using a “solution-oriented” approach that uses consultative sales techniques 
  • Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, and ability to interact at any level within an organization 
  • Are fluent in English and Japanese
