The Role

Presales Business Architect – S/4HANA, where your expertise will shape the future of enterprise transformation. As a certified SAP leader, you will be instrumental in driving SAP RISE and S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE) transformations, delivering innovative, cloud-first solutions that redefine how our customers operate and grow.

In this role, you won’t just support presales—you’ll architect the future. You’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner, collaborating with Kyndryl Consult Partners and client stakeholders to design and deliver compelling SAP roadmaps and architectures. Your work will directly influence high-impact decisions, ensuring our clients’ journeys to the cloud are seamless, scalable, and successful.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead SAP RISE & S/4HANA Transformations: Provide expert presales support and technical leadership to ignite transformation initiatives, leveraging the SAP Activate Methodology.
• Architect the Future: Design comprehensive application integration architectures and technical roadmaps that guide clients from legacy systems to modern, cloud-based landscapes.
• Collaborate with Purpose: Work closely with client stakeholders to gather business requirements, define solution architectures, and align transformation strategies with business goals.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Define SAP licensing, landscape sizing, and infrastructure requirements for S/4HANA PCE on hyperscalers.
• Unify Cross-Functional Expertise: Aggregate and lead cross-functional teams to design integrated application solutions and define robust integration strategies.
• Champion SAP Standards: Specify SAP RISE service catalog components and Bill of Materials, ensuring technical compliance and readiness for onboarding.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with SAP application architects and CTOs within client organizations.
• Ensure Delivery Readiness: Coordinate and validate SAP landscape installations with Basis teams, ensuring smooth transitions from presales to delivery.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Fluent in French

• Minimum 9 years of consulting experience with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades in domains such as Finance, Logistics, or Manufacturing.

• Proven track record in technical application integration, interface definition, and upgrade/conversion strategies and tools.

• Knowledge of selective data migration concepts and tooling accelerators for S/4HANA.

• Expertise in ABAP development and managing ABAP development teams.

• Strong presentation and communication skills in English and French, with negotiation capabilities.

• Experience working in global, distributed teams with nearshore and offshore delivery models.

• Willingness and ability to travel.

• Ability to build and configure demo and proof-of-concept systems and integrations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Experience with SAP business process transformation tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, Celonis).

• Familiarity with SAP infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Understanding of SAP RISE – S/4HANA PCE standard delivery services (e.g., TMS).

• Knowledge of S/4HANA “clean core” principles and SAP automation/DevOps practices.

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud integration and development.

• Understanding of SAP BW to SAP Datasphere transformation strategies.

• Experience with SAP PI/PO to Integration Suite migrations or implementations.

• Exposure to SAP BTP low-code/no-code development and SAP Build extensions.
