Job Title: Prepay Customer Recoveries Advisor 
Location: Hybrid to Chandlers Ford  
Salary: £26,208 
Hours: 40 hours per week

What does this role involve?   
 

As part of the credit risk team, you will be working with our customers who have surpassed all previous collection attempts.   
 

You’ll be making outbound calls and taking inbound calls to help identify customer vulnerabilities and improve debt recovery rates, whilst ensuring customers can pay what they can afford.  
 

You’ll set up manageable debt recovery plans and assist our most vulnerable customers who want to make payments.  
 

Day to day, you will;  

• make outbound calls and receive inbound calls;  

• be the first point of contact for complex debt, handling all calls with patience and professionalism;  

• ensure all admin tasks associated with the recovery of the debt in line with the SLA’s;  

• collaborate with other departments to resolve queries, ensuring customers are getting the correct support. 
   

What are we looking for?  
  

You will excel in making high volume calls and tailor conversations to identify customer vulnerabilities and improve debt recovery rates.  
 

Your previous experience in a fast-paced environment will allow to build rapport show empathy to our customers.   
 

You will have keen eye for detail to enable you to simplify complexed situations, remaining resilient and calm in sometimes sensitive situations.
