This is a 7 month Fixed Term Contract position as the Premium Revenue Coordinator.


In this role you will undertake the management of our finance operation processes working to support our internal business partners and our members specialising in the area of Corporate Groups and Iwi.


  • Manage a portfolio of corporate groups and iwi, including invoicing, renewals and relationship management.
  • Process policy transactions, member communications and premium revenue administration accurately and on time.
  • Investigate and resolve policy, payment and billing enquiries for members and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor arrears, process payments and refunds, and ensure accounts remain up to date.
