Memberships Subscription Team:
Oversees the development, marketing, and maintenance of paid subscription
models. They will focus on building recurring revenue streams by offering customers
exclusive benefits, experiences, or content.
This is a hybrid role based in Ghana
Duties:
- Design and implement
subscription packages (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Monitor subscriber growth,
churn rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to
promote premium benefits.
- Manage pricing strategies and
periodic upgrades.
- Analyze usage data to enhance
subscriber experience.
- Work with product/operations
teams to add exclusive features for subscribers.
- Prepare financial and performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience, ideally with 2+ years in a leadership role, plus strong exposure to tech-driven subscription models (SaaS, streaming, marketplaces).
- Strong analytical skills
(subscription metrics, revenue models).
- Experience with CRM tools and
subscription management platforms.
- Good communication and
negotiation skills.
- Background in customer experience or loyalty
programs is a plus
