The job responsibilities of a Premium Administrator II are: to oversee the current eligibility for our clients, post payments, distribution of invoices, renewal and enrollment audits, handle escalations due to discrepancies, review of identification cards, COBRA auditing, COBRA billing review, web transaction audits, outstanding premium reminders, billing audits, schematic development and review, escalate complex issues to management, create new agent/carrier benefits, build new groups into software databases, and create letters from database. Experience in data entry, excel, access, Customer Service, AR/AP, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and Section 125 are preferred.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
5. Experience in data entry, excel, access, AR/AP, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA and Section 125 preferred.
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
7. Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
