"Musketeers" have always been the main volume contributors, trial generators and sparks for creating kindred spirits in the On Premise environment, such as bars, restaurants, events, clubs and hospitality. As the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to their On Premise territory, they are responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio across Global and Local Key Accounts, including hotel groups, Full and Limited Service Restaurants (FSR/LSR),Coffee, Tea & Bistro (CTB) concepts, catering operators and other strategic hospitality partners. Musketeers plan, develop and execute measures to intensify consumption in existing On Premise locations and identify opportunities to win and activate Key Accounts in new On Premise playgrounds.

Job Description

Red Bull Ambassador

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players and business partners (including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, buyers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, etc.)
  • Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network.
  • Be seen as the credible, reliable and knowledgeable face of the Red Bull in the On Premise.
  • Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activity and execution.

City Entrepreneur

  • Know your national account landscape like the back of your hand.
  • Develop local customer strategies in line with the national business strategy and create innovative measures in order to achieve your goals.
  • Align with HQ on international key accounts.
  • Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).
  • Establish P&L for each key account in line with the national strategy and manage internal and external resources (materials, tools, budget) accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal (other departments) and external stakeholders (decision makers and influencers within key accounts, DP partners, wholesalers, beverage industry) to leverage business success.

Indispensable Business Consultant 

  • Build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both the Red Bull business and customer's business.
  • Leverage your impressive communication, sales and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise.
  • Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions at which Red Bull should be present (brand, product).
  • Turn insights into impactful programs to drive sales and leverage Red Bull brand image.
  • Measure success by diligently tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.

Business & Execution Owner

  • Own volume and execution targets across assigned accounts, ensuring sustainable business growth and best-in-class execution.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, expanding Red Bull’s presence across relevant On Premise chains and untapped business opportunities.
  • Ensure product availability and healthy stock levels across customers, working closely with distribution partners to manage the full supply chain and prevent out-of-stocks.
  • Ensure global and local agreements are fully implemented and executed according to agreed standards.
  • Keep customers and distribution partners engaged and accountable to agreed plans and business priorities.

Joint Business Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead the planning process with internal teams, distribution partners and key customers, defining clear objectives, actions, responsibilities and timelines.
  • Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers and distribution partners, ensuring alignment on volume, execution and business priorities.
  • Plan, manage and track budgets, ensuring investments are aligned with business priorities and delivered within agreed targets.
  • Develop and propose business cases and investment requests when required, supported by clear commercial rationale and expected returns.
  • Regularly track, analyze and report sales, execution and budget performance, identifying gaps and defining corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Key Account management experience in B2B preferred.
  • Previous experience with and expansive network in the hospitality, and/or FMCG industry preferred.
  • Basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community preferred.
  • Completed vocational training – ideally in the area of commerce preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment, with a hands-on mindset and willingness to roll up their sleeves when needed.
  • Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational ability.
  • Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
  • Proficient in MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Social Chameleon. Understands all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and knows how to act around them. Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation and professional appearance according to audience and scene.
