The On Premise Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth of the Red Bull portfolio across national and international hotel chains, all-inclusive and resort hotels, and FSR in Turkey. The role owns the development of strategic customer partnerships, expanding distribution, availability, visibility and consumption occasions while strengthening Red Bull’s premium brand presence throughout the guest and consumer journey. S/he develops long-term customer strategies based on account, industry, consumer and shopper insights; translates these into joint business plans and commercially sound agreements; and ensures high-quality execution across contracted properties and outlets. The role is accountable for delivering business plan targets for volume, distribution, execution and customer investment efficiency while building mutually beneficial relationships with key decision makers at both head-office and property/outlet level.
Job DescriptionSTRATEGY AND PLANNING
Align with Regional / Global teams on international hotel & FSR strategies, guidelines, agreements and priority customers.
Map and prioritize the national hotel and FSR universe, including hotel chains, all-inclusive and resort groups, restaurant chains, ownership / operator structures and relevant procurement models.
Develop long-term account strategies to drive distribution, portfolio expansion, availability, visibility and incremental consumption occasions across the guest journey.
Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to translate hospitality, FSR, tourism, consumer and occasion insights into relevant customer propositions and activation platforms.
Lead annual business planning for assigned Key Accounts, including volume, distribution, net sales, customer investment and activation forecasts, with clear growth drivers and measurable outcomes.
Build account plans that reflect seasonality, regional tourism and dining dynamics, new hotel / restaurant openings and renovations, and the customer’s strategic priorities.
MANAGING KEY ACCOUNTS
Maximize existing customer performance through effective joint business planning and structured business reviews.
Acquire new strategic customers and expand Red Bull across relevant properties, outlets and consumption occasions within existing customer groups.
Negotiate win/win partnership agreements that create sustainable value for both Red Bull and the customer, with clear commercial counterparts and performance conditions where relevant.
Manage relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including owners, operators, franchisees, procurement, senior management, F&B, commercial, finance, marketing and property-level teams.
Identify and unlock opportunities across restaurants, bars, pools / beaches, minibars, room service, banqueting, events, meetings, menu and dining occasions, delivery / takeaway and other relevant guest and consumer touchpoints.
Ensure executional excellence at account and property level by coordinating cross-functional resources and field teams, translating contractual standards into measurable outlet-level execution.
Manage customer budgets, forecasts and spend. Monitor performance, profitability / commercial return and delivery of agreed counterparts, taking corrective action where necessary.
Coordinate with distribution / supply partners to support availability, seasonal demand and execution across geographically dispersed hotel & restaurant locations.
TRACKING, ANALYZING AND REPORTING
Measure and report volume, distribution, execution, customer investment, agreement compliance and growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate and timely account data in relevant Key Account tracking tools and provide required updates to local, Regional and Global stakeholders.
Monitor contract milestones, renewal timelines, commercial commitments, performance conditions and open risks to ensure proactive account management.
Use customer and business data to identify performance gaps, prioritize opportunities and improve investment effectiveness.
LEADING BY EXAMPLE
Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key industry stakeholders while maintaining strong connections with on-property / outlet F&B managers, hotel and restaurant management and operational teams.
Act as a Red Bull brand ambassador (“Canbassador”), building affinity and understanding of the brand, product portfolio and consumption occasions throughout the customer organization.
Deliver excellence and consistency with Red Bull’s premium brand image in all customer activities, partnerships and execution.
Demonstrate strong ownership, commercial discipline and cross-functional collaboration, balancing growth ambition with sustainable customer economics.
Qualifications3–5 years of relevant commercial experience in one or more of the following areas: On Premise, Key Account Management, hospitality, hotels, FSR / foodservice, or a comparable FMCG / beverage environment.
Proven experience managing strategic customers and complex commercial negotiations; previous people-management experience is an advantage where applicable.
Strong understanding of hotel, hospitality and FSR business models, including chain / ownership / operator and franchise structures, procurement, F&B operations, seasonality and property / outlet-level execution.
Strong analytical, planning and financial acumen, with the ability to understand customer economics, investment effectiveness and profitable growth drivers.
Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity and consumer behavior in an FMCG, hospitality and foodservice context.
Ability to build relationships and influence effectively from operational stakeholders to senior decision makers.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant business / reporting tools.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple national accounts, projects and priorities with a high degree of ownership.
