This role oversees the delivery of contracted client services, ensuring performance standards are met while managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks. It combines strong client relationship management with specialized expertise to resolve complex challenges, improve service delivery, and support account growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned premier enterprise accounts, guiding clients through onboarding, implementation, and post‑launch engagement.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of client strategy, objectives, and success measures to proactively identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to support new business efforts by providing client insights, participating in strategic presentations and RFP responses, and helping to shape solution proposals that align with enterprise client needs. 
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including participation in enterprise demos, renewal planning, and upsell strategies to drive revenue growth and client adoption. 
  • Act as a conduit between clients, Sales, and Product Management by capturing market and client feedback, translating it into actionable product insights, and contributing to roadmap discussions that enhance value delivery and competitive positioning. 
  • Drive strategic account planning, renewal readiness, and revenue growth through collaborative engagement with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Lead executive‑level meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions to align client goals with product capabilities.
  • Ensure timely and coordinated resolution of escalations while maintaining transparent client communication and confidence.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end program management for large‑scale enterprise implementations and multi‑channel solution deployments.
  • Partner closely with Product and Operations leadership to advocate for client needs, influence roadmap priorities, and enhance the client value proposition.
  • Track and report on performance metrics including adoption, usage, satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and commercial growth indicators.
  • Mentor and support Relationship Management peers to promote best practices within the enterprise success model.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of client relationship management, enterprise account management, or program management experience in a B2B SaaS, technology, or financial services organization.
  • Proven expertise working within the broker‑dealer, recordkeeping, and financial advisory ecosystem, with familiarity in fiduciary management platforms, data aggregation, advisor compensation, and related technology solutions.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder client relationships with measurable revenue growth or retention outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills with experience engaging senior client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale programs, cross‑functional initiatives, and concurrent priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $130,000.00- $145,000.00
