Job Description
- In close coordination with all departments along the customer journey (sales, controlling, project management etc…) you will implement the introduction of Salesforce and redesign processes
- Through your work, you make concepts understandable and convince users of the upcoming change(s)
- You educate and help users in North and South America, Europe, and Asia use Salesforce
- You support the definition and introduction of process adjustments in sales and related areas and help assess compliance
Qualifications
- Education: above-average completion of a university degree (bachelor's degree) in the field of engineering management (or comparable) and specific intention to pursue a master's degree afterwards
- Personality: you are open-minded, enjoy working in a team, show a sense of responsibility and initiative
- Working style: independent and structured. You quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics.
- Know-how: very good MS Office and IT knowledge. Ideally, you also have experience with Salesforce
- Enthusiasm: you like change processes and digitalization
- Languages: very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
