The Bosch Innovation Campus is one of our locations worldwide. More than 300 associates work on the campus in Berlin-Tempelhof - mainly on projects related to AI, IoT and digital transformation. In addition to external customers and partners, who use the campus to work on projects, over 15 different Bosch divisions are based here.
Job Description
We are looking for a PreMaster with a wide range of interests to further strategically develop our Bosch Innovation Campus and support the everyday operations. Your future fields of action will be to:
- Organize internal and external events as well as activities to strengthen the community of the Bosch Innovation Campus (summer party, hackathons, health days)
- Have an eye on our costs and the quality of our suppliers to continuously improve our processes
- Learn how to renegotiate our contracts and conditions and find new and creative solutions
- Create presentations for internal and external rental requests and room bookings on campus
- Support in internal communications at the Bosch Innovation Campus (invitations, information graphics, newsletters)
- Create marketing and social media content, e.g. on LinkedIn or promotion videos
- To find interesting topics and speakers and organize our Campus Talks with changing key note speakers
Qualifications
- Personality: Team-oriented, motivated and flexible with high customer orientation. Inquisitive and open to working in a very dynamic and versatile environment.
- Experience and Knowledge: Communication and negotiation skills, mastery of presentation software, knowledge of social media platforms, ability to research and identify relevant speakers and experts
- Education: Completed bachelor degree in business administration or informatics with a focus on marketing and communication or comparable qualifications
- Languages: fluent language skills in English and German
Additional Information
This position can only be located at the Bosch Innovation Campus in Berlin and requires a regular attendance.
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor's graduates who aim to complete a master's degree. After the bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to get to know the professional and entrepreneurial context. The second phase includes the master's degree and involves further events and seminars, as well as personal guidance from a mentor on the way to successful completion.
