Drive Hotel Success! Under general direction, you'll manage assigned accounts and leverage proven Drury Sales Procedures to maximize occupancy across our hotel system.
80% of your day will be spent directly interacting with customers, ensuring their experience is welcoming, memorable, and exceeds expectations. You'll play a vital role in upholding Drury's high standards of service and hospitality while maximizing revenue.
Job Duties
Manage key accounts & deliver exceptional support (phone/email).
Collaborate with Hotel & Sales to coordinate accounts and manage follow-up
Adaptable to Company Programs: Learn & leverage Drury resources
Ensure accuracy in all quotes by adhering to account and rate guidelines, while seeking approval for any exceptions
Record sales calls with precision and efficiency
Develop customized strategies for your accounts, utilizing internal and external resources
Expand our reach by cross-selling our diverse hotel portfolio, unlocking more stays with Drury
Qualifications:
College degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1+ year account management & retention experience (sales/marketing preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses exceptional organizational skills
