Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work Location: - Gurugram
- Work Arrangement: - Hybrid, however, candidate should be flexible to work as per client need
- Specific Requirement: - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in End-to-End pre-boarding activities
- Manage candidate orders, including entry, tracking, and compliance review against job requisitions and applications.
- Conduct background and drug report reviews to ensure partner compliance.
- Facilitate candidate onboarding, including welcome calls, emails, and task monitoring.
- Provide excellent service to candidates, client teams, and clients by promptly responding to inquiries.
- Monitor vendor systems daily, escalating issues as necessary and assisting with required checks.
- Assist in developing and maintaining client audit procedures for candidate orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-boarding activities
Skills and Abilities:
- Work experience in pre-boarding activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
