Essential Responsibilities
Provides preboarding support and services. Ensures performance to established standards and performance metrics.
Provides day to day support for preboarding related service tickets, processes, transactions, escalation and program/event support (including offer letters, employment agreements, background checks, drug screen and other preboarding documentation and processes).
With a focus to customer service, interacts directly with functional stakeholders, external candidates, employees, HRMs and people managers to deliver efficient services and standard work.
May handle sensitive issues and communication when working through day to day issues.
Studies industry trends and best practices.
Learns and applies Lean principles in maintenance of functional standard work.
Builds relationships with COE partners, customers and end users to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through functional services and processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
This role requires advanced experience in the Human Resources & Service Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
English, German and Hungarian speaking
