We’re on the lookout for passionate and skilled Presales Technical Consultants to join our Europe GIS Sales & Presales team. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented Sales and Presales professionals across Europe, supporting clients on their digital transformation journey.
About The Role
As a Presales Technical Consultant, you’ll be a storyteller, crafting end-to-end solutions that encompass industry insights, business strategies, technology adoption, and IT processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping deals, influencing commercial and financial models, and ensuring our solutions align with client objectives.
Working closely with clients, partners, and DXC Sales and Delivery teams, you’ll design transformative solutions that drive innovation and business success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with Sales and Account Teams: Help shape opportunities and build compelling business cases
- Positioning DXC Solutions: Support Client Partners and Sales Professionals in strengthening our market position
- Validating Solutions: Ensure client needs align with proposed solutions, mitigating risks and confirming delivery capabilities
- Crafting Technical Insights: Provide tailored technical insights, aligning DXC solutions with client goals and architectural frameworks
- Driving Innovation: Understand commercial trends and apply systematic approaches to complex problems
- Engaging with Clients: Deliver engaging presentations and demos to highlight solution benefits
- Sharing Knowledge: Contribute to best practices, mentor team members, and participate in professional communities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience in handling large accounts and solution/product portfolios
- Expertise in Hybrid Cloud and Data Center Services, with a focus on IT Modernization and Transformation
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire teams
