Job Description

  • Part of Motorola’ core team working on opportunities.
  • Value adds from a product/solution knowledge perspective
  • Understands Motorola’s products (LMR, PTT over cellular solutions, Body worn camera and Fixed camera solution) and is involved in making presentations to end-customers
  • Involved in understanding customer requirements and proposing the right solution to the end customer for the solutions mentioned above.
  • Works extensively with the partner to position the solution and demonstrate the same to the end customer.
  • Imparts periodic training to the partners to upgrade skills and focuses upon partner enablement to handle complex implementations
  • Helps position Motorola’s core strategy with the end customers, talk about Motorola’s solutions portfolio with the end customers/partners
  • Responsible for growing the market along with the business team
  • Coordinates technical support for projects being implemented by partners


Basic Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s of Engineering degree is required, having studied telecommunications
  • Seeking minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering and/or solutions architecture.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications technologies
  • Strong general knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols and security is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills (English) with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.
  • Attention to detail and a flawless execution mind-set.
