About the Team
We’re hiring a Presales intern in 1GLOBAL’s Lisbon office. You will be part of the presales team supporting sales activities within IoT, eSIM and Connect product portfolio.
The presales team bridges Sales, Product, and Delivery, helping customers understand how 1GLOBAL's IoT and eSIM products can address their business needs.
The position offers hands-on exposure to customers, technology, and business processes, with a development path towards a Junior Presales Specialist role.
About the Role
- Support customer requirements gathering and documentation.
- Assist in validating customer use cases against existing product capabilities.
- Prepare basic presentations, product descriptions, and presales documentation.
- Participate in customer meetings and internal discussions.

Must Have
- Willingness to learn: curious, motivated, and eager to understand new products, technologies, and business challenges.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain ideas clearly, present information in a structured way.
- Logical thinking & common sense: practical approach to problem-solving, ability to understand situations, identify gaps, and make reasonable judgments.
- Basic understanding of telecom and / or IT ecosystems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telecom, a software engineering or computer science, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
