  • Consulting, Solution Design and Demo/Presentation: Engage with customers to gather requirements, analyse needs, and design tailored solutions, including custom configurations. Deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase Noggin’s capabilities and serve as the product expert in meetings. Provide customised training and support during product trials, addressing any gaps in customer requirements through configuration, integration, or development.

  • Deal Support and Pipeline Management: Contribute to proposals by clearly documenting customer needs and aligning Noggin’s solutions. Support tender responses, collaborate with pre-sales teams to address non-functional questions, and accurately scope project implementations. Manage CRM data and ensure deals are qualified before investing pre-sales resources, while maintaining up-to-date documentation.
