Our Partnerships team is growing and we are looking for a strong Pre-Sales Engineer to support our business in Miami (Product Experts).
As a Pre-Sales Engineer at monday, you’ll be responsible for presenting the monday.com platform in the best light to prospects and customers, evoking confidence and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. You must have a strong desire to leverage your technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value. You will also play a critical role supporting and enabling our Latin America partners during complex and strategic deals. We are looking at experienced individuals that would be able to establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. You’ll be a strategic member of our team working closely with Partners, Sales and Product and Customer Success.
About The Role:
- Understand the customer's needs, and establish monday.com platform as the best solution that solves the customer's challenges
- Leverage deep product knowledge to lead the technical aspect in large and complex sales processes
- Build and present customized demos, presentations, and proposals
- Support enabling partner's pre-sales capabilities
- Work closely with our partners sales teams to help streamlining monday's sales process
- Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
- Convey deep understanding of the customer's technology as it pertains to monday.com platform and integrating with them
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
- Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region (when safe to do so)
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Pre-Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context
- Great communication and customer-facing skills
- Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs
- Understanding of GraphQL - an advantage
- Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
- Business process mapping skills
- Spanish speaker with fluent English
- Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
- Exceptional teamwork capabilities
- Experience with CRM use case is desirable

For Miami-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000-$145,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
