This role ensures that enterprise customers adopt Scalstrm successfully — from first technical evaluation to live production.
Tasks
Responsibilities
* Lead architecture discussions with broadcasters, Pay-TV and OTT customers
* Design end-to-end solutions across transcoding, packaging and delivery
* Deploy Proof-of-Concepts in customer or cloud environments
* Support enterprise sales cycles alongside UK and European sales leaders
* Own customer onboarding, rollout and migration projects
* Write and manage Statements of Work and change requests
* Run project governance, status meetings and delivery plans
* Act as technical point of contact between customers and engineering
Requirements
Candidate Profile
* Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering or delivery for streaming or cloud platforms
* Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and with on-prem / private cloud deployments
* Strong understanding of video workflows (HEVC, H.264, SRT, ABR, low-latency)
* Experience delivering customer implementations into production
* Comfortable working across multiple European customers and teams
* Able to balance sales support with structured project delivery
Location: Stockholm (Hybrid)
