They are currently seeking for a skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to further enhance their Corporate & Professional Learning team.
Mission: As a Pre-Sales Consultant, your role is to drive client engagement and demonstrate the value of the institution’s training solutions. By understanding client needs, providing expert guidance, and delivering compelling presentations, you’ll bridge the gap between client expectations and program offerings, ensuring high satisfaction and lasting partnerships.
You will be responsible for:
- Solution Design: Partnering with business development to understand client needs and tailor training solutions.
- Client Engagement: Delivering presentations, demos, and sessions to HR, IT, and L&D teams, addressing technical questions.
- Proposal Development: Creating customized proposals, learning paths, and responses to RFPs aligned with client goals.
- Internal Collaboration: Working with marketing, academic, and technical teams to optimize client solutions.
- Market Research: Staying updated on educational trends and competitor offerings to enhance the institution's strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships, providing support from pre-sales to contract completion.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees like an MBA are advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or business development role, ideally within the training or education sector.
- Proficiency in educational technology platforms, with experience in delivering technical product demonstrations.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with instructional design, course development, or learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience or certification in digital skills domains (e.g., big data, AI, cybersecurity) or soft skills training.
