The Role:
eCapital is currently seeking a Pre-Purchase Verification Analyst to join our team in our Orillia Ontario office. At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner.
As a Pre-Purchase Verification Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing paperwork and reaching out to debtors to verify collateral. You will be accountable for making sufficient verifications and determining if invoices are valid prior to purchase. Individuals in this role must be comfortable in a fast paced, goal-oriented department.
Responsibilities:
- Identify issues/suspicious alterations on paperwork.
- Evaluating/mitigating financial risk by calling/emailing debtors frequently and verify collateral.
- Review batches to determine if additional verifications are required and quickly advance them so client can receive same day funding.
- Take notes to reflect verification activity and track personal efforts.
- Follow up with Pending verifications for invoices that have been held.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to track work and take exceptional notes on activity.
- Accurate, accountable, and goal oriented
