La/il candidata/o ideale è:
- una/un laureanda/o oppure neolaureata/o con votazione minima 105/110 e una tesi in diritto della crisi o diritto commerciale in aggiunta a uno spiccato interesse per la materia oppure
- una/un praticante avvocata/o con 3-6 mesi di esperienza stragiudiziale o giudiziale diritto della crisi o diritto commerciale
L'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) è requisito imprescindibile.

Skills Required
- Law degree candidate or recent law graduate with a minimum grade of 105/110 and a thesis in insolvency or commercial law
- Alternatively, trainee lawyer with 3–6 months of judicial or extrajudicial experience in insolvency or commercial law
- Excellent written and spoken English
