Within this role, you work in close collaboration with the HR Director, the HR Operations and the different line managers.
Key activities/responsibilities you will oversee:
HR Administration
- Support the full employee life cycle, including intake, contract preparation and negotiation, onboarding processes, and administrative follow-up
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding of new employees and apprentices, including preparation and execution of onboarding days in close collaboration with the business
- Participate in international HR projects such as Employee Engagement, Employer of Choice initiatives, and Social Media campaigns
- Assist with payroll preparation by gathering and organizing necessary administrative information for the Payroll Specialist
- Manage time tracking and absence administration for all employees (Abacus)
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (development possibility)
- Assist the recruiter in all recruiting activities
- Conduct job and task analysis to define job requirements and objectives
- Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms such as job boards and university portals
- Screen CVs and applications, and support the pre-selection process
Project management - Internal Communication
- Contribute to the ongoing digitalization and continuous improvement of internal communication
- Contribute to the communication activities
- Intranet management
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold of a bachelor's or master’s degree or equivalent by experience
- Language skills: German, English, French (must criteria)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with very strong Excel skills being a requirement.
