Anforderungen
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an Produktion, Industrialisierung und technischen Prozessen
- Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen, strukturierten und projektrelevanten Arbeiten
- Analytische Denkweise sowie sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit in der Produktion (Shopfloor-Nähe)
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Statistik oder Prozessmethoden von Vorteil

Skills Required
- Ongoing studies in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Production Technology or a similar field
- Interest in production, industrialization, and technical processes
- Ability to work independently, in a structured manner relevant to projects
