Skills Required
- Enrollment in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering or related degree program
- Interest in production, industrialization and technical production processes
- Ability to work independently, structured, and on project-relevant tasks
- Analytical thinking and careful, reliable working style
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to actively work in production (shopfloor proximity)
- Teamwork, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
- Confident use of MS Office
- Knowledge in statistics or process methods
- Availability for a 6-month mandatory internship and ability to provide proof of minimum duration
