During your internship, you will support our motivated team in the areas of internal course organisation, external training, and general HR topics. In doing so, you will take on the following tasks, among others:
Internal Course Organisation:
Support in conducting courses and events
- Management and administration in the Learning Portal
- Responding to employee inquiries
External Training:
- Consultation and initial clarification of training requests
- Preparation of training agreements
- Support in the reimbursement process and completions
Insights into the HR World:
- Participation in onboarding programmes for new employees
- Insight into the HR Service Centre & Recruiting
Administrative Tasks:
- Responsibility for digital invoice coding
- Reimbursement of training costs
- Participation in internal projects
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or high school diploma
- Affinity for communication in English
- Interest in HR topics and enjoyment of organisation and administration
- Initiative, team spirit, and a meticulous working style
