At Hogarth Spain, we are looking for a person to join us as an intern and support the selection department in identifying, evaluating, and selecting talent for the various projects of the company, contributing to the creation of a creative and dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment process: posting job offers, reviewing CVs, and pre-selecting candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and skills assessments.
- Participate in the preparation of candidate evaluation reports.
- Collaborate in managing candidate databases and tracking selection processes.
- Support the organization of talent acquisition events, such as job fairs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of selection processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Student of Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Interest in the field of human resources and the audiovisual industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent in English.
- Immediate availability.
