Responsabilidades
* Apoyar en el proceso de reclutamiento y selección, incluyendo la publicación de ofertas de empleo, revisión de currículums y coordinación de entrevistas.
* Colaborar en la preparación de documentación para el ingreso de nuevos empleados (onboarding).
* Asistir en la administración de expedientes de personal y actualización de bases de datos.
* Participar en la organización de eventos internos y actividades de bienestar para los empleados.
* Colaborar en la creación y actualización de materiales de comunicación interna.
* Apoyar en la investigación de mejores prácticas en recursos humanos y tendencias del mercado laboral.

Cualificaciones**
* Estudiante universitario activo de las carreras de Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o afines.
* Interés genuino en el área de Recursos Humanos.
* Dominio intermedio-avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de manera proactiva.

Skills Required
- Active university student pursuing Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Crown's packaging for consumer products include steel and aluminum cans for food, beverage, household and other consumer products, glass bottles for beverage product and metal vacuum closures and steel crowns sold through Crown's sales organization to the soft drink, food, citrus, brewing, household products, personal care and various other industries.
