Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP/R&D Maintenance Intern to join our team at Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting and optimizing SAP modules related to research and development processes within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the maintenance and support of SAP modules relevant to R&D, including but not limited to project systems (PS), product lifecycle management (PLM), and quality management (QM).
* Collaborate with R&D engineers and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
* Support data entry, data validation, and report generation within the SAP system.
* Participate in the testing and implementation of new SAP functionalities or enhancements.
* Document SAP processes and user guides for R&D-specific workflows.
* Contribute to the identification of areas for process improvement within SAP R&D functionalities.
* Assist in training end-users on SAP R&D module functionalities.
Job Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Familiarity with R&D processes or manufacturing environments is desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
