Job Description:
Resumen del Puesto:
Apoyar al equipo de EHS (Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad) en la implementación y seguimiento de los programas y políticas internas, contribuyendo a mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y en cumplimiento con la normativa.
Responsabilidades del Puesto:
* Colaborar en la identificación y evaluación de riesgos en el lugar de trabajo.
* Apoyar en la elaboración y actualización de procedimientos de seguridad y medio ambiente.
* Participar en la investigación de incidentes y accidentes laborales, así como en la propuesta de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
* Asistir en la inspección de áreas de trabajo para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.
* Colaborar en la organización y ejecución de capacitaciones en materia de EHS para el personal.
* Apoyar en el manejo de residuos y el seguimiento de indicadores ambientales.
* Mantener actualizada la documentación relacionada con EHS.
* Realizar otras tareas de apoyo solicitadas por el supervisor de EHS.
Cualificaciones del Puesto:
* Estudiante activo de las carreras de Ingeniería Ambiental, Industrial, Seguridad Industrial o afín.
* Conocimiento básico de normativas de seguridad y medio ambiente (NOM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
* Manejo de paquetería Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proactivo, con capacidad de análisis y atención al detalle.
* Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse eficazmente.
* Disponibilidad para cumplir con un horario de prácticas.

Skills Required
- Active student in Environmental, Industrial, Industrial Safety or related program
- Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (NOM, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive with analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Availability to comply with internship schedule

Crown's packaging for consumer products include steel and aluminum cans for food, beverage, household and other consumer products, glass bottles for beverage product and metal vacuum closures and steel crowns sold through Crown's sales organization to the soft drink, food, citrus, brewing, household products, personal care and various other industries.
